We observed a moment of silence for Ronald Hadley. Family requested memorial gifts to Rotary International Foundation,
Addison County Home Healh and Hospice or Elderly Services of Middlebury. Gifts to Rotary Foundation should be made out to Middlebury Rotary.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
October 24-World Polio Day-Hand out awareness information at Cannon Park 9:30am-approx. Noon.
Eric- District training is in Lyndon November 16 for any interested.
HAPPY DOLLARS:
Ben- Evie spoke before school board aout vegtable garden project. Interact was featured in slide show presentation.
Scott-Gave us a funny report of their dog Lily getting ready to go to vets.
Eric-Memories of Ron. Tiger Football remains undeafed. Final regular season game Friday night at Doc Collins Field under the lights against BFA St. Albans
Chris-Also in memory of Ron
Liz-Thanks for community supper help. Served approx. 225.
    Also to Ben for connection to teen center. Provided leads for speech contest scheduled for Feb 5.
Cari- Got to know Ron and Dell at Eastview. She has been privileged to get to be able to help with their transition to Eastview.
Geoff- Also in memory of Ron. Would not have had the privilege if it wasn't for Rotary.
David- Thanks to Liz for naming ties after Opera Company characters.
"T"- Roof is on Habitat house and drywalling has started.
Neil-Spent 3 days with friend from college who had studied with Maharishi. Some of the good vibes seem to be rubbing off on Neil.
Cari- Kids home from school last weekend. Son is working at United Way and Daughter at City Market.
Tom- More money for NFL refs for helping with Green Bay Packers win.
RAFFLE:
Gary won the Raffle.

PROGRAM
Membership:
Scott presented a short film on membership and how members make a difference.
Eric:Eric is the District Membership Chair. Our membership is responsible for growing Rotary in our community by connecting with other people and businesses.
     Rotary International has revised plans for growing Rotary. 1.increase impact in community. 2. Expand our reach. 3. Enhanced participation and engagement.
     4. Increasing our ability to adapt in how we do business and what we offer.
Brandy, Troy, Cari and Gary gave short reflections on what Rotary means to them. Common theme was to connect with people,provide a social connection, help
in the community and do it all with professionalism and excellence.
