RYLA--This year's Rotary Youth Leadership Assembly has attracted the attention of at least two students.

Public Service Awards--Liz will shortly circulate nomination forms for our two public service awards, named in honor of former Rotarians Stephen Freeman and Buster Brush.  Be thinking of worthy recipients.

Facebook Page Manager--Chris volunteered to take over keeping our Facebook page up to date.

Cemetery Project--David has gotten Angelo Lynn to agree to write an article about the cemetery clean-up project the week before it is scheduled (Saturday, May 11).  The core team will be Rotarians, but it is hoped that we can attract community members to help.

International Exchange--Buzz is looking for a host family for our incoming exchange student, arriving late summer.  Usually two families are required for 5 month periods, each.

United Way Youth Work Program--Linnea Ostermann, United Way Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator, is looking for job shadowing opportunities and mentors for youths aged 18-24 who are part of the Youth Work Program.

District Conference--Ben encouraged members to attend the District Conference in Sherbrooke from May 3-5.  He is particularly excited about the planned Interact Symposium.

Membership Breakfast--Scott reminded members that the next membership breakfast will be in three weeks, on April 3 at the Middlebury Inn.  He has sent out invitation letters to 25 people, but there is still time to refer more names of potential members to him.  The speaker will be Jay Palimino.

Green Up Day--Logan has chaired this activity in Middlebury for several years but would like to hand the baton to a new coordinator.  Please see him if you are interested.

NEW MEMBER INDUCTION

Former District Governor and District Membership Chair, Eric Denu, led the induction of  Sean Bonnell as our newest member.  Sean works for Cabot and commutes here from Lebanon, NH.
