Louisa Tripp joined us fro the Northfield Club (she lives in Barre). She brought a new pamphlet about the Grant process.

* Money comes from Rotarians and is spent by Rotarians - all in the 7 Ares of Focus!

For instance we received $1100 this year for Window Dressers. part of $25,000 from the District in "District Designated Funds"

We also do Teacher Grants every year as part of this process - usually $5000.

Global Grants of at least $30,000 can also be applied for. Vergennes Club recently completed a project with Mexico for Soalr Panels.

The District goal is $26.50 per year - last year 50 Rotarians gave $129,000!

Thanks Louisa!
