Kathy-One happy dollar for Bill who couldn't be with us today and another for Seleem bringing more participants from the Hospital to join in Woofstock event. Also noted that Yankees were lucky enough to eliminate the Red Sox from this years playoffs.
Eric-Tigers won on Friday night and will play again this Friday night against Rice.
Terry-Lost his glasses while cutting brush. Told the story of how he paid for new glasses with a check and the confusion involved with such outdated means of currency

John Barstow introduced todays speaker. Mike Kiernan is an E.R. doctor at Porter Medical Center. Mike and his wife Tawnya are the founders of Bee the Change. They are working to replace the loss of critical space for pollinators such as honey bees, butterflies, beetles and hummingbirds. Bee the Change is working to create pollinator habitat that is equivalent-as an offset- of your footprint at a solar field, underneath power lines or in a school or municipal space.
