Seleem-Happy to have Dave Fuller join us. Will be taking a break for two weeks.

 

Maureen-Thanks to Helmut and Nancy for help with the summer lunch program meal for the Rec. Dept. Also for having Dave Fuller as a neighbor with children to liven up the neighborhood.

 

Scott-Thanks to Rotary for reminding him of his anniversary every year.

 

Tom-For his anniversary going camping with Jenny to Crown Point N.Y.

 

Eric-The start of the high school football season is Friday night vs. Fair Haven

 

Kari-Happy to have been in Rotary community for two years.

 

Doug-Happy to have experienced  a period of bonding with his son. Has been teaching him to drive a stick shift.

 

Terry- We’ve missed David Clark for the last two weeks.Where have you been?

 

David- Happy with the time away. Spent time in Cooperstown for the Opera.

PROGRAM:

 

Tim introduced our member Gary Sarachan.Gary is an attorney representing businesses in litigation matters.His subject matter today was professionalism and excellence. Gave a number of examples of people that fit his definition of a professional. A profession is work that requires a high level of education or excellence and skill in his/her field. Professionalism is behavior that is expected of them. Gary compared the role of being a Rotarian and our expectations of each other as being a professional.
