Lyndsey Berk started off. She is the Executive Director of the Addison County Relocalization Network.
They promote: Food Access and Education
Farmacy, Climate Network, Local Food Guide, Food Hub and Tour de Farms
The Food Guiide covers 250 Farms and is distributed by the Addy Indy
Tour de Farms, this is our 17th! is a Fundraiser and this year will cover 37 miles with 8 Stops
Farmer Climate Network "Peer to Peer"
ACORN Food Hub - takes up the majority of Acorn's effort. On Exchange Street and connects the farmer to the customer. A Winter CSA is coming next month
Farmacy - Rotary has supported this for a number of years. In it's 7th year, a free CSA for 15 weeks, supported by 4 local farms. Feeds 100 families this year. Clients are referred byPorter, HOPE and the physician providers. Located next to the CVOEO Food shelf.
