- Sylvie had a baby boy!
- Budget is in need of approval - Ben Motioned and Mike K 2nd. Vote was Unanimous
- David brought up a new Cemetary Project on Washington St. on June 20th from 8-10am.
- Mike K talked about getting ready to solicit items for the On Line Auction coming up September 25-October 5th. Sign up sheet will be emailed to all members.
- Kati announced that they raised $750 through donations and the E. Midd Yard Sale for VT Flood Relief. Neil suggested that we add $250 from the club to raise totoal to $1000.
- Next week is a Club Assemblywhere we will divide into three areas to discuss: Community Service, Membership and Public Image

Guest Speakers: Dr. Beth Mauch, Chancellor of Vermont State Colleges
Ben introduced.
She has been in this position for 6 months. She oversees 5 campus' as well as the Community College of VT which has 12 locations.
CCV is 80 % online
VSC includes Castelton, Lyndon, Johnson, Randolph and VTTech
Students are made up of 70-90% Vermonters.
They provide Certificate Programs on up to Matster Programs.
Goal is to Democratize Education through a System of colleges and locations.
Finacial burden for students is the biggest challenge.
Dr. Mache's job is to upgrade the infrastructure, build out the college system, and Market as a State University.
