Eric spen four days in Chicago with 500 of his international friends for the every three year meeting to work on RI Policy matters.

 

RI presidents, Trustees and Directors attended.

 

9 Translators with headsets fed te ears.

 

Delegates hold up a Red, Green, Yellow or Striped card which leads to discussion.

 

They voted yay or nay electronically. 

 

Thety discussed and ended up voting on 84 Enactmensts which inckuded Membership, Dues, and other issues.

 

The Districts propose Enactments which then go to RI and then have the Financial Imoact studied.  

 

These require a 2/3 vote.
