PRESENTATION:

Juddy introduced TJ Donovan, Vermont Attorney General, who stressed the need to trust people--they want to do the right thing, and sometimes they need a helping hand from the law to rebuild their lives.  He has gotten his staff out in the field so the public can help form the department's priorities.  On drug addiction, the emphasis is on prevention, and he plans to hold pharmaceutical companies accountable for their role.
